To cancel your RizzAlarm Pro subscription, go to Settings on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → RizzAlarm → Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Make sure notifications are enabled for RizzAlarm in your iPhone Settings → Notifications → RizzAlarm. Also check that Do Not Disturb is not blocking alarms, and ensure the app has permission to run in the background. If problems persist, try reinstalling the app.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the RizzAlarm purchase, and submit a refund request. Apple will review and process your request.
Yes! When creating or editing an alarm, you can select the difficulty level for your math challenges. Options range from Easy (simple addition) to Insane (multi-step equations). Pro users have access to all difficulty levels and challenge types.
Yes. For safety, there's always an emergency stop option. Press and hold the stop button for 5 seconds to dismiss without completing the challenge. This is designed for genuine emergencies only.
RizzAlarm is designed to work with iOS's alarm system. Make sure to enable "Critical Alerts" for RizzAlarm in your notification settings if you want alarms to bypass Do Not Disturb mode.
Currently, alarms are stored locally on each device. Cross-device sync is on our roadmap for a future update. Your Pro subscription, however, is linked to your Apple ID and works on any device signed in with the same account.
